ECI to conduct special drive to enrol left-out electors in Villupuram
According to a release from District Election Officer and Collector Sheik Abdul Rahman, the Declaration Form attached with Form 6 will be used during the SIR phase only; for the non-SIR period, the forms applicable under the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960, will be used.
